Hooded Shawl in Blackberry
It can be worn as a shawl, as a hood, or a vest. A versitile travel piece that rolls up and could be tucked in a purse.
There is a story about this warp and weft. A friend gave me a jar of Blackberry Jam she had made. I held it up to the light and saw the purple from the fruit and the golden seeds. I immediatly went into the studio and created the warp that would be a record of those color memories. The best days of summer were captured in a jar of jam and the fabric for this Hooded Shawl.
